Tomi Paatsila
Tomi Paatsila is a Co-Founder and CEO at Netradar (Celltrum Ltd) since 2017. Netradar vision is to enhance mobile network quality and connectivity by helping telecom operators to identify poor mobile network experience and assisting them to focus their investments where it matters the most for their customers.
Prior to this, Mr. Paatsila was CEO at Omnitele Ltd from 2010 to 2016. Omnitele is a telecommunications consulting company with services ranging from technology strategy to network design and network quality improvement. Omnitele has served telecom operators and regulators in over 1,000 projects in more than 80 countries.
Prior to this, Mr. Paatsila had a solid track record with Nokia Corporation (1993-2010). From 2008 to 2010 he was Vice President, Operator Business, Sales. From 2006 to 2007 Mr. Paatsila was Vice President, Sales and Portfolio Management, Middle East, and Africa. In this role he held P&L responsibility. From 2004 to 2005 Mr. Paatsila held a position of Vice President, Focused Appeal Business Line. In this role he had global P&L responsibility for a segment of high margin products. Prior to this (1993-2003) Mr. Paatsila held general management, sales, marketing, and product management roles with increasing responsibility.
Mr. Paatsila has worked in numerous countries and different continents with customer engagements in close to seventy countries. Mr. Paatsila graduated in 1995 from Aalto University, Finland with a degree in Master of Science in Technology (majoring in Business Strategy and International Marketing).
