Sofia Enlund
Ms. Sofia Enlund is the Head of Development and Project Management at the Department for Cybersecurity and Mission Critical Communications of the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB). Ms. Enlund is responsible for the Swedish Emergency Network (SWEN) initiative, leading the development of Sweden’s next-generation broadband mission-critical communication system and managing the national mission-critical communication network, RAKEL. Her portfolio also includes overseeing the development of the Swedish Government Secure Intranet (SGSI), which is the national connection point to the European TESTA network, and WIS, a national, internet-based information system created to facilitate information sharing among crisis management entities in Sweden.
Ms. Enlund holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) and has extensive experience from the public sector, with expertise in law, organizational development, and change management. She joined MSB in April 2024 and previously worked with the agency from 2018 to 2022 as legal counsel and manager, where she contributed to the development of the next-generation broadband mission-critical communication system.
