Mladen Penev, MSc (Eng.) from National Technical University of Sofia, Senior Radio Communication Consultant, with 17 years of critical and mobile communications experience. Radio Planner, Technical and Project manager in more than 30 projects for many international clients including Saudi Aramco, WOOD, Foster Wheeler, KBR, SLFE and Petro Rabigh. Mladen has been also involved in EU funded projects (such as ISITEP). Mladen is with Net Technologies Finland since 2006 and has delivered talks in various congresses and seminars such as CCW2019, CCW2020, CCW2022, CCW2023, CERN and many others.
