In this role, Lincoln leads technology strategy and oversees the deployment of this critical infrastructure , ensuring connectivity for emergency and government organisations across New Zealand.
Prior to his position at Hourua, Lincoln built an impressive 7-year career with Spark, where he specialized in supporting key government clients, including Inland Revenue, the Department of Corrections, and New Zealand Police. His work at Spark showcased his dedication to enhancing technology and connectivity for public sector entities, contributing significantly to national projects that directly impact New Zealand’s security and governance.
