Kerianne Gibney
Kerianne Gibney is the Strategic Engagement Program Manager for the Public Safety Communications Research (PSCR) Division within the Communications Technology Laboratory (CTL) at NIST. In this role, she mainly focuses on overseeing and maintaining stakeholder and partner engagement activities with program stakeholders across public safety, industry, academia, and other federal agencies – both domestically and internationally. Through conferences, workshops, roadshows, and lab tours, Ms. Gibney communicates PSCR outcomes across these key audiences and creates program connections among stakeholders to promote transparency and collaboration. She brings feedback back to PSCR staff and exercises impactful project planning to support the optimization of program operations.
