Phd. Eng. Ionel-Sorinel VASILCA is the First Deputy Director of the Special Telecommunications Service. He has over three decades of experience in the field of emergency telecommunications and information technology for public safety - fixed, nomadic and mobile services, HF/VHF communications, UHF conventional PMR and TETRA technology, SCADA systems, 112 and reverse 112. He graduated the Military Technical Academy and the Faculty of Law in Bucharest, he has an Executive MBA at ASEBUSS Business School and Kennesaw State University, Atlanta – Georgia and he holds a PhD in Economics, in the field of Management at Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
