Giampaolo Panariello
Giampaolo has over 30 years of experience in the Aerospace and Telco industries.
As CTO in Network Infrastructures in Nokia, Giampaolo is responsible for thought leadership and business development in Europe with a special focus on Security and Innovative Technologies, including Quantum Safe Networks, Fiber Sensing, DDoS Mitigation, Data Center Networking, Artificial Intelligence and Non-Terrestrial Networks.
He started his career in the Aerospace Industry: a pioneer of LEO Satellite Constellations, he designed the payload of the Globalstar satellites. Then he moved to the telco industry in Siemens and later in Nokia, contributing to the launch of 3G, 4G and 5G networks in Europe.
He holds a doctorate in Electronic Engineering from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Giampaolo has featured as a speaker and editorially in over 52 conferences, roundtables and publications.
