Eline Palm Paxal is head of the Department of Emergency Communications at the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB).
In this role, she is responsible for Norway's critical communication network, Nødnett, and other critical communications services. She has worked with Nødnett since 2013, in a variety of roles including commercial management, operations, security, technical development, radio terminals and procurements.
Her experience also covers management roles and consultancy in the public health sector, mostly in hospitals.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
