As an expert in R&D for wired and wireless communication systems, he founded and runs South Korea's Safe-Net Forum in 2014, he has contributed to the completion and enhancement of planning, technical solution, application services, and interoperability for Korea's PS-LTE, LTE-Railway, and LTE-Maritime projects. He is also leading the standardization activities as chairman of the Working Group in the Public Safety and Communications Sector of the Korean’s TTA. He has been accumulating excellent experience through principal engineer and the head of an overseas project managing group (USA, India, Japan, etc.) in global network business for a long time.
