Debbie Powell
Debbie has spent the majority of her career in the public sector, mainly in roles involving technology and business change. Debbie started her career as a project manager in British Telecom, before moving into project and subsequently programme management roles within UK Government organisations, namely delivering large and complex technology and business change programmes to the Emergency Service in England, Scotland and Wales.
In 2014 Debbie joined the Home Office and the Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme. Debbie was the Deputy Director of Deployment and User Insight on ESMCP until November 2023 when she left to found her own company and is currently providing programme management services to one of the largest Police forces within England.
