Christian Regnier
Christian Regnier spent 22 years working for the Air France KLM group in the telecoms sector, first as telecom project manager, then as global communications solutions manager and finally as technical architect for critical mobile networks, before leaving the group in September 2021 to set up PRIVINNET (consulting and expertise in 4G and 5G private networks for businesses).
He is also founder and president since November 2021 of EUWENA (European Users of Wireless Enterprise Network Association). With 40 members in 2023 representing 10 European countries, the main objective of harmonizing private 5G spectrum in Europe for a better ecosystem and therefore faster adoption of Industry 4.0 is well underway.
Christian Regnier initiated one of the first private LTE network experiments in 2017 at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CdG).
2019 with the POC of Private LTE in Roissy airport, was the year of winning of the International Critical Communication Award 2019 (ICCA 2019) in the category “Greatest advance in the Migration to critical Broadband”.
On July 14, 2021, Christian Regnier was awarded the Medal of Aeronautics by the Minister of Transport for its work (private 4G/5G networks) in the service of French aeronautics.
