Director of Information Technology with the Halton Regional Police Service in Ontario, Canada as well as one of the founders of Canada’s PSBN Innovation Alliance. In both of my current roles - I am responsible for establishing and developing critical communications systems and models that serve the needs of all first responders within the Region of Halton and neighboring municipalities. With our neighbor and partner – Peel Regional Police – we operate Canada’s first and only PSBN – covering the needs of first-responder broadband critical communications needs that serve over 3 million Canadians. I would be happy to lend my expertise and time in working with the other judges to determine the winners of the 2025 ICCA awards.
