Adrian Scrase
Adrian Scrase served as Chief Technical Officer within the European Telecommunications Standards Institute from 2003 to 2023. He played an active role in the creation of 3GPP and was responsible for operational support to that project from 1999 until 2023. He has extensive experience in the operation and management of international standardization activities and in the setting of strategies that ensure the success of those activities. Prior to joining ETSI he worked within the UK Government on Radio Regulation and International Standardization matters.
Adrian is a Fellow of the Wireless World Research Forum (WWRF) and has recently been appointed as a Visting Professor at Surrey University, UK.
