Tuomas Seppala

Tuomas Seppala holds a M.Sc. (Eng) from Helsinki University of Technology (currently Aalto University). He works for the fifth year as Senior Preparedness Specialist in National Emergency Supply Agency (NESA) in Finland. He works in the team of Digital Security and his specialty is resilience of digital infrastructure.
Prior to NESA Tuomas worked more than ten years for Digita, the Terrestrial broadcasting network company in Finland. There he held various posts related to product, project, and business development.
Before Digita Tuomas worked at Elisa, a Finnish telecom operator. For several year he was responsible for Elisa’s carrier business which means e.g., that his team purchased more than 30 % of telephone traffic going out of Finland.
