Luca is responsible for international business development for Emergency Management division @ Beta 80 Group since 2017 and is the Chairman of the Technical & Operations committee @ EENA since 2015, for which he wrote more than 20 papers.
He’s a telecommunications engineer, with specialization on VoIP technologies, digital signal processing and in his career he’s been a researcher at Helsinki university of technology, as well as working on several technologies related to public safety, such as eCall, NG112 ESInet and RTT (real time text).
